Start Leading On Purpose
The first year as a supervisor is a harder transition than most people anticipate. You were hired or promoted because you were good at something. Now your job is to lead people who do that thing, and that new role requires a completely different set of skills, instincts, and self-awareness.
This coaching is for people who want to get that transition right. Not just survive the first year. Actually lead with clarity and intention.
You might be here because
• You became a supervisor and realized nobody told you what the role actually requires.
• You are second-guessing your decisions and wondering if you're cut out for this.
• You have a team situation that is harder than you expected, and you need to think it through with someone.
• You want to build your leadership identity now, before bad habits settle in.
Before and after
Before: uncertain about your authority, unsure how to handle hard conversations, performing competence you do not yet feel.
After: one clear habit, one anchoring value, one team conversation you feel ready to lead. A leadership starting point that is actually yours.
Who this is for
New or recently promoted supervisors, managers in their first 1-2 years, and professionals stepping into team leadership for the first time. Particularly well-suited to government, nonprofit, and mid-size organizational environments.
Who this is NOT for
People looking for management training, HR process guidance, or productivity systems. This is thinking partnership and leadership identity work, not curriculum delivery.
