2. Exploration Session

90 min. $100

A real conversation about what you are navigating.

No pitch. No pressure. We talk through what you need and whether this is the right fit.

The $100 is credited toward any package you book within 24 hours.

3. Design Session

60 min. Included in all packages

We shape your coaching container, review the agreement, and set the arc. This session is folded into every package price. It is not a separate charge.

4. Coaching Sessions

Typically 60 min.

Structured conversations by Zoom, or a written journal arc if you prefer reflection over live sessions. We work at your pace, within a clear time container.
